Scott Dyer Associates is an small but progressive architectural practice, specialising in residential development for sites of between 25 to 300 homes. In order to continue our structured expansion we require a planning CAD senior technician at our office just outside of Basingstoke.
* experienced in drafting and detailing planning layouts, & being involved in the Planning process
* experience in designing house/apartment plans
* an expert in AutoCAD 2004 min.
* Skilled in presentation using Adobe suite
We are also looking for one Senior CAD Technician and one Intermediate CAD Technician
* with prior experience in preparing hose and apartment working drawings in AutoCAD 2004 min.
* with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience for the Senior position.
